We are looking for a passionate professional to join our team. Executive-Business Development will be responsible to bring new business for our software and engineering services, generating new leads, and meeting sales targets. He/ She should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth and should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales. This is a full-time position. This is a target-oriented sales & marketing job. Bahrain Nationals will be given a preference, if qualified and found suitable.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop business for our software & engineering services.

2. Prospect and identify AEC customers and map new business opportunities to them.

4. Present services to the AEC customers & from the ministry & Government.

5. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

6. Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

7. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil engineering is must
- Software Sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to take the initiative, prioritize, manage time effectively, professionalism, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Driving licence is must
