**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and kitchen areas according to health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, restrooms, and all other café spaces.
- Ensure trash is emptied and disposed of properly, including sorting recyclable materials when necessary.
- Clean and sanitize floors, tables, countertops, and other surfaces throughout the café.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring dishes and utensils are available during peak hours.
- Monitor and refill cleaning supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy environment for customers and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a cleaning or dishwashing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, especially during busy hours.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Hardworking, reliable, and punctual.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Knowledge of basic Arabic or English for communication is a plus.
