Job Title

Manage resources to achieve organizational success under the direct supervision of a senior manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and process financial transactions and payments.
  • Assist with budget versus actual financials monitoring.
  • Review payroll projectization results and imprest accounts.
  • Prepare budgets and accounting reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Provide guidance on accounting policies and procedures.
  • Oversee office asset inventory and procurement activities.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Accounting, Commerce or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Four years of relevant professional experience or high school diploma with six years of experience.
  • Professional certification as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
Skills:
  • High level of computer literacy and good knowledge of MS Office software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with national and international institutions.
