Crisis Management & Problem Solving
- The Project Coordinator will lead crisis management initiatives, proactively identifying risks and implementing robust mitigation strategies.
- Serving as the central point of communication during crises, the individual will coordinate rapid responses and manage stakeholder expectations.
Internal Business Projects
- The Project Coordinator will manage internal agency projects, including the development of new service lines and business development initiatives.
- The individual will drive cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent recognised project management qualification is required.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within marketing or digital agency environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project) and comfortable creating Gantt charts and detailed workflows.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
