About the Project

We are leading a consortium for the implementation of an EU-funded project aimed at enhancing the nuclear safety and radioprotection regulatory infrastructure of the Egyptian Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority (ENRRA). The overall objective is to improve the country's nuclear safety standards and regulatory capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the core team in implementing the project, focusing on training and qualification of NPP operating staff;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory oversight strategies for transport and trade;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent diploma in a relevant field, such as natural science, engineering, or another relevant discipline;
  • At least 7 years of experience working in a regulatory body or TSO for radiation or nuclear safety;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (CEFR Level B2 minimum);
  • Experience with training and qualification of NPP operating staff and regulatory oversight of transport and trade is highly desirable.
