  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
  2. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring timely updates and easy access for management.
  3. Coordinate job offers and employment contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  4. Design and deliver comprehensive new employee orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
  5. Provide expert guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  6. Manage training and development programs, identifying skill gaps and providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
  7. Administer monthly timesheet and leave, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Tamkeen, GOSI, NHRA, and LMRA.
