Job Purpose:

As the Accommodation Coordinator, you will be looking after our Staff Accommodation driving Americana Restaurants' Safety and clean facility for our employees, ensuring seamless alignment with our organizational goals. You will partner closely with executive leadership and stakeholders, championing communications initiatives that enhance both our external brand perception and internal communications frameworks. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's voice across multiple channels, guiding key messaging, and ensuring effective delivery in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a holistic communication strategy between vendors and Accommodation supervisors that aligns with Americana Restaurants' values and goals.
  • Supervise the daily workflow inside the accommodation to ensure the safety of our employees.
  • Own and maintain facility consistency, including overseeing brand guidelines and the Be Spoke Platform.
  • Act as a communications advisor, offering strong pushback and well-considered counsel when necessary, while remaining resilient under pressure.
  • Follow up with maintenance requests.
  • Establish and maintain the right standards in our facility.
  • Develop high-quality, impactful materials.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and innovations with a view to implementing best practices within Americana facilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Facilities Management.
  • 2–5 years' experience in staff accommodation, facility operations, or hospitality support.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with basic digital tools (e.g., social media, video, or Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Assertive, analytical, and able to make informed decisions within defined processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; thrives in dynamic environments and handles pressure well.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
  • Flexible, proactive, and driven to maintain clean, safe, and employee-friendly living spaces.
