Hotel Operations

This role is responsible for providing guests with information (example: loyalty programs, area attractions, facility information) to enhance guest experience via email campaigns, hosting FAM trips, site inspections as needed.

You will also conduct site inspections for Corporate, wholesalers, and meetings & Events bookers, and consult with meeting planners to identify optimal meeting room configuration, recommendations on meeting/break flow, menu planning, food & beverage coordination, table arrangements, decoration options, etc., to improve meeting efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, business language and tools acquaintance, and a Bachelor's Degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in hospitality or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guests with information to enhance guest experience.
  • Conduct site inspections for Corporate, wholesalers, and meetings & Events bookers.

Requirements
