At Gulf University, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This role will be responsible for providing personalized administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication abilities.

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential, as well as excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications.
