About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Italian fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service, managing teams, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house departments.\
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and sales growth.\
  • Supervise and coach staff to ensure they meet high standards of service and quality.\
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other key metrics.\
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and resolve any issues that may arise.\
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to drive success.\
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's offerings and services.\
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and contracts.\
  • Assist in menu planning, pricing, and promotion to maximize profitability and customer appeal.\
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth.\
  • Perform other duties as required to support the restaurant's success.\
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.\

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.\
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.\
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\
