At Client Of Domo Ventures W.L.L., we are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead our Italian fine dining restaurant to new heights.

About the Role

We require a highly skilled and experienced individual who can oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high-quality menu that meets the expectations of discerning diners;
  • Motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service, adhering to the highest standards of hospitality;
  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant service, aligning with company objectives;
  • Monitor employee productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching to optimize performance;
  • Organize workflow, ensuring employees understand their duties and tasks, following established Operational Standards;
  • Supervise opening, interval, and closing duties for front-of-house departments;
  • Set goals for performance achievements, including training and briefing on policies;
  • Support the team in understanding performance, targets, and goals;
  • Schedule work hours and shifts to meet business needs;
  • Share company updates, financial results, and new objectives with the team;
  • Assist the management team in resolving emergencies, such as quality or customer issues;
  • Contribute to team retention through regular one-to-one meetings and performance appraisals;
  • Pursue hiring and firing activities, upholding company policies;
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in Italian cuisine as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager;
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management;
  • Excellent decision-making skills, supporting the management team;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective with guests and all departments;
  • The ability to build trust and foster open communication among team members;
  • Effective time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently;
  • Conflict resolution skills, developing successful relationships within the team and with external partners;
