Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Support to join our team in Bahrain. As an Admin Support, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

  • Prepare and format proposals
  • Draft and manage engagement letters
  • Manage client folders on server
  • Proper storage and arrangement of archived files
  • File engagement letters, invoices, cheque copies and receipts in client file
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting/finance
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
