At LxbfYeaa, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our senior executives in the financial services and investment sectors. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and communication for internal and external stakeholders with impeccable attention to detail and discretion.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including briefing materials and follow-up documentation to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Conduct research and analysis relevant to investment and financial services to support executive-level decision-making with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage confidential information with integrity and maintain effective working relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in the financial services or investment industry is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
