Dynamic Sales Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Sales professional to join our team at Worldwiders Global Recruitment. As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

Their mission is to help millions of customers have a great day at work, every day.
The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated demand for flexible workspace solutions, driving our client's rapid growth of their global network. To meet this demand, they are recruiting partners to open and operate locations, targeting building owners, franchise operators, and competitors.
You will be responsible for generating awareness and visibility of the partnership proposition in the market by developing B2B connections. This includes identifying, contacting, and pitching prospective partners through various business development activities, such as networking, local canvassing, and cold-calling.
Your primary objective will be to deliver at least 10 new partner locations every year, increasing system revenue by £5m+ per annum. You will also be responsible for sourcing partners capable of delivering rapid growth of our network through conversion of existing buildings or quickly securing new buildings.
Sales and/or B2B business development experience in a fast-growing, dynamic business is essential. Self-starters who can self-generate interest and focus relentlessly on delivering results are ideal candidates. Proven ability to find and convert deals quickly with tenacity and dedication is required.
Able to work under pressure and think independently to create interest in a proposition, you must have outstanding communications skills and the ability to present a compelling narrative to a wide variety of audiences. Strong business and financial acumen is necessary to give others confidence and credibility in the selling process.
