Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Dynamics 365 consultant to join our team, who has a strong background in implementing CRM solutions and leading teams in delivering projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement Dynamics 365 solutions that meet client requirements.
- Lead a team of consultants in delivering projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in CRM configuration, development, and implementation.
- Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365, including Customisation, Development and Integration.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently, if required.
- A University degree in a relevant field.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (2016, D365) are highly desirable.
- Experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Virtual Agents, Power BI) is an asset.
