Job DescriptionThe Service Consultant will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of support to our contractors throughout their assignment with Airswift. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the GOSI portal and supporting finance to make social security contributions.
- Day-to-day office management, including coordinating with public relations officers for visa processing and assisting with office rental renewals.
- Working with the commercial operations team to renew commercial registrations and negotiating with suppliers to reduce overhead costs.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out pre-assignment tasks to ensure contractors can start on time and in compliance.
- Scheduling drug screens and medical checks, drafting and issuing assignment contracts, and managing visa, travel, and logistics involved in mobilization.
- Providing ongoing contractor care, including scheduling weekly calls, ensuring completion of client/project/site-specific training, and supporting account management teams with client audits.
- Delivering end-of-assignment support, facilitating the return of company equipment, and managing demobilization logistics.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior customer service experience, with facilities management experience beneficial but not essential.
- Experience in coordinating visas and onboarding, as well as working with Bahraini governmental departments.
- A friendly and approachable working manner, general MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
