Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and improving operational efficiency.

About the Role
  • Lead the housekeeping team, overseeing daily operations and implementing strategies to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with housekeeping operations.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with our standards.
  2. Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality setting required.
  • Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse housekeeping team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
