The Car Park Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless car park operations at BIA. This individual is responsible for managing day-to-day activities, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing the accurate collection of parking fees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurate Collection of Car Parking Fees: The coordinator ensures that parking fees are collected efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Customer Care: Providing top-notch customer service, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for airport users.
  • Taxi Driver Supervision: Monitoring taxi driver activities, supervising pickups, and maintaining a safe and secure environment within the car park.
  • Maintenance and Reporting: Notifying technicians of any issues with the parking system, reporting hazards or maintenance requirements to the Facility Manager, and maintaining the cleanliness of the booth.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Assisting the Shift In-charge in ensuring all car parks are available for passenger use, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals, and promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Equivalent Training: A relevant qualification in a field such as hospitality, customer service, or operations management is essential.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: Proven experience in a similar role or a related industry, demonstrating expertise in customer relations, public interaction, and operational skills.
  • Job-Specific Skills:
    • Proactive Approach and Positive Attitude: The ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
    • Good Knowledge of MS Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
