We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, build long-term client relationships, and deliver strong results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. ">">Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and drive business growth
  2. ">Lead, coach, and grow a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success
  3. ">Identify and pursue new business opportunities in dental and medical sectors, leveraging industry connections and expertise
  4. ">Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners, fostering trust and loyalty
  5. ">Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly, staying ahead of the competition
  6. ">Monitor performance metrics and report to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  7. ">Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals
Qualifications:
  1. ">Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, or hotel industries, with a track record of success
  2. ">Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  3. ">Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills
  4. ">Solid understanding of sales principles, pipelines, and B2B selling, with knowledge of CRM platforms and software
  5. ">Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  6. ">High level of professionalism, adaptability, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
