Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT support specialist to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Hardware Support: You will be responsible for supporting 200 user PCs, printers, network multifunction printers & multifunction plotters. This includes performing regular maintenance and service on these devices.
  • Software Support: You will install and configure Windows, Office 365, and other in-house applications. Additionally, you will provide technical support for software like MicroStation, ZWCAD, ArcGIS, Adobe products, PTV, Mike21 products, etc.
  • Network Support: You will configure user PCs and network devices in our organization's network environment. You will also maintain the network switches and data backup devices, as well as security systems and data servers.
  • Administrative Support: You will actively participate in all ongoing and upcoming IT projects for our organization. This includes providing technical support, documents, reports, and feedback for IT projects, as well as coordinating with clients and suppliers for IT section requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field from an accredited institution

The ideal candidate should have sufficient expertise and experience in:

  • AWS environment
  • Designing complex solutions and architectures
  • Integration between systems
