- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACAMS or ICA Diploma)
Additionally, the candidate will have experience in a regulatory compliance role with a focus on financial crime compliance. Key skills include expertise in regulatory compliance frameworks, knowledge of AML/CT risks and controls, and proficiency in report writing.
Other essential skills include good understanding of laws, standards, and regulatory environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical skills to identify and solve compliance problems.
