Beauty Consultant

The Beauty Advisor is a crucial role within our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting products through effective sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers, ensuring their shopping experience is satisfying and memorable.
- To engage with customers, exhibit full product knowledge, and recommend suitable products that meet their needs, driving sales and business growth.
- To assist customers in locating and purchasing desired products, utilizing appropriate selling techniques such as suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling to increase Average Transaction Value (ATV).
- To monitor availability of GOBE products, ensure proper safekeeping of all store merchandise, and prevent shoplifting, damages, and pilferages.
- To maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area, comply with all set customer service standards, and attend to all customer queries and needs.
- To resolve customer complaints guided by set customer service standards and within scope of control.
- To prepare and set up store promotion by utilizing Marketing Collaterals to effectively communicate store promotions.
- Good knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry and trends.
- Retail operational skills (stock, VM, systems, cash…)

- Dealing with ambiguity.
- Proactive with good team spirit and able to take initiatives.
- Education: High School / Degree (not essential).
- Minimum Experience and Knowledge: Min 2 to 4 years of experience in retail with a focus on the beauty or fashion sector.
