- Coordinate Project Planning Sessions: Oversee project documentation, manage progress, and design risk mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop Quarterly Presentations: Create comprehensive updates on key achievements, market moves, and major initiatives for operational review and executive management.
- Investigate and analyze data from digital and conventional channels to drive informed decision-making.
- Present monthly performance summaries to executive management, highlighting key drivers of growth and cost effectiveness.
- Track digital initiatives and projects, ensuring quality and progress are maintained.
- Analyze business performance, trends, and market potential to develop business research capabilities.
- Discuss key drivers of revenue growth and cost effectiveness with stakeholders.
- Deliver customer satisfaction and brand health reports to internal owners, staying attuned to industry trends and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy and PMO, preferably in the telecom sector.
Key Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, data analysis knowledge, and a strong background in mobile technology and industry. Financial acumen and project management expertise are essential, as well as highly developed communication and reporting skills in both English and Arabic. Strong research capabilities, statistical analysis knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment are also required. A demonstrated presence, concern for standards/effectiveness, and collaborative mindset are valuable assets.
