We are seeking an experienced Italian Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our fine dining restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the restaurant service runs efficiently and effectively, aligning with the General Manager's direction
• Guide employees to maintain high standards and respect our operational protocols
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching to support their growth and development
• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and tasks, following established Operational Standards
• Supervise Opening, Interval, and Closing duties for Front-of-House departments
• Set goals for performance achievements, including training and briefing on policies
Supporting the Team:
• Support the team in understanding performance, targets, and goals
• Schedule work hours and shifts to meet business needs
• Share company updates, financial results, and new objectives with the team
Leadership and Conflict Resolution:
• Assist the management team in resolving emergencies, such as quality or customer problems
• Develop successful relationships with colleagues and customers
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Proven work experience in Italian cuisine as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role
• BSc degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
• Strong decision-making skills to support the management team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with guests and all departments
• Ability to manage conflict well and resolve issues effectively
