Job Summary

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU/In-Patient Nurse to join its team at a state-of-the-art long-term care and rehabilitation hospital. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring critical conditions, and supporting patients through recovery and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care in ICU and in-patient units, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators, IVs, and other advanced medical equipment.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Support patients through rehabilitation plans, assisting with mobility, therapy participation, and daily living activities.
  • Document patient care accurately in accordance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery goals, and ongoing care needs.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
  • Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required; Registered Nurse (RN) license [state-specific].
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in ICU, in-patient care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills in critical care, post-acute care, and patient rehabilitation support.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable to a multidisciplinary environment.
