Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective management of the property maintenance department, ensuring all areas are well-maintained to the highest levels.

• Develop and implement plans to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest enquiries.

• Foster a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department, leading and managing the maintenance team.

• Establish and deliver an effective planned preventative maintenance program to address maintenance and environmental concerns.

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in property maintenance with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
