Job Description

A dynamic and experienced Project Manager is sought to lead complex power transmission projects with full profit and loss responsibility.

About the Role
  • Lead the execution of complex power transmission projects, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Coach and enable team performance in the execution of high voltage transmission substations.
  • Manage project profit and loss, including cost management and optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of all contractual obligations and supplied materials.
  • Identify and manage opportunities and risks, providing periodic updates on measures.
  • Evaluate project co-workers' skills and potential to inform performance management processes.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager who can drive our energy transition initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high voltage substation business and systems, with a proven ability to handle complex projects with various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Technical education and engineering background are required.
  • 10 years of experience in an active project management role.
  • Deep knowledge of high voltage substation business and systems.
  • Qualification to execute high voltage substation projects in the UAE.
