Job Description
The Lifeguard position exists to maintain swimmer safety at our hotel's pool. The Lifeguard monitors water conditions and guest behavior, enforcing safety rules and ensuring all operating procedures are followed. This includes being aware of daily hotel activities and having product knowledge of all hotel facilities. Additionally, the Lifeguard must maintain proper grooming at all times and ensure safe daily operations within the Recreation areas by adhering to all health, safety, and fire prevention policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively supervise the swimming pool, constantly monitoring people's actions and taking control of water safety
- Be aware of daily hotel activities and have product knowledge of all hotel facilities
- Perform according to OSM Standards
- Maintain proper grooming at all times
- Ensure safe daily operations within the Recreation areas by ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and fire prevention policies and procedures

Requirements:
- A university degree or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Lifeguard is required
- Licensed Lifeguard with a valid license to perform
- Good communication skills and a good command of the English language
- Team player, highly responsible, and reliable
