A 5-star luxury hotel with a stunning beach location is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Waitress to join its team.

Job Description
  • Greet and welcome guests with exceptional customer service skills, providing a warm and friendly demeanor that sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.
  • Present menus, provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations based on guest preferences, showcasing your knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture.
  • Take accurate orders and ensure timely and efficient service of food and drinks, maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that tables are set correctly and ready for guests, upholding the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills to achieve seamless results.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, adhering to the highest standards of financial management.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred but not required, however, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is a plus, but not mandatory, as long as you have a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
