Brand Creative Director - Senior Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our brand creative direction. This role requires someone who can develop and refine our brand identity, voice, and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Brand Strategy & Messaging:
    • Develop and refine our brand identity, voice, and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms.
    • Evolve the brand guidelines and collaborate with local teams to adapt for cultural nuances.
    • Oversee brand awareness and equity initiatives, measuring success through brand health metrics and customer feedback.
  • Content Creation & Campaigns:
    • Develop and execute high-impact campaigns and communications, including visuals, copy, and integrated marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with in-house and external content creators and agencies to produce engaging content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with local teams, product teams, and food teams to align brand strategies with overall business goals.
    • Partner with PR and media relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong brand representation.
    • Introduce and champion systems, processes, and modes of cooperation that elevate our decentralized marketing model.
