Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end admissions process for program participants.
- Ensure participants meet all eligibility criteria and confirm their registration.
- Maintain accurate records of participant applications and status updates.
- Serve as the primary contact for applicants, addressing queries and concerns during the admissions phase.
- Regularly update on admissions progress and participant lists.
- Monitor and follow up on learner attendance during in-person sessions.
- Track and document participants' progress on required tasks and assignments during the course.
- Assist with the development and implementation of learner engagement strategies in collaboration with facilitators.
- Follow up with graduates during the post-course phase to monitor placement activities, track key milestones, and ensure timely reporting of outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of attendance, assignment submissions, and placement activities.
- Provide regular reports on cohort progress, learner engagement, and post-course outcomes to the program management team.
