Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at RESO. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into various software systems, generating reports, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

About the Role

  • Enter updates and verify data in multiple software systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and verify data entered into the database to guarantee precision and quality.
  • Generate and distribute comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
  • Protect organizational value by keeping confidential information secure.
  • Work closely with SABIS and MS Office applications to meet project specifications and guidelines.
  • Process student registration and update student data, including parent bio, health records, emergency contact, bus details, lunch details, course enrollment, etc.
  • Enter and process student attendance, tardiness, and discipline data.
  • Process staff data, including bio, attendance, tardiness, and discipline records.
  • Enter exams and grades manually and distribute relevant reports.
  • Process SABIS Student Life Organization (SLO) data, including remarks, weekly scores, SLO points, etc.
  • Process classroom, exam halls, and ITL seating plans.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent English proficiency and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy with attention to detail.
