Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly environment by addressing disciplinary issues and promoting student conduct.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular checks to ensure a clean and safe environment before classes start.
- Coordinate student line-ups during recess with SLO prefects to maintain order.
- Manage travel time between classes to minimize delays.
- Mentor students on discipline's importance for a safe learning environment.
- Ensure quiet entries after breaks and timely attendance.
- Motivate students to work hard during class for maximum learning.
- Record accurate data on SSMS/SIS, including attendance reports and student infractions.
- Notify parents of absences and follow up as needed.
- Observing classes to maintain calm learning environments.
- Preventing bullying and fighting, informing students of disciplinary actions.
- Accompany students to buses after school hours.
- Prepare daily reports on observations, infractions, and teacher complaints.
- Assist with exam hall supervision.
- Enforce safety rules and take initiative during activities.
- Attend weekly meetings and training sessions with the team.
- Promote the Student Life Code of Honor.
- Perform other related tasks as delegated by management.
