Main Accountabilities

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of improving factory performance, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
