Experienced Greek Cuisine Chef Wanted

At a prestigious luxury restaurant in Bahrain, we are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our esteemed culinary team.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Greek cuisine and Mediterranean cooking techniques, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury restaurant environment.

We offer a competitive salary package, including daily duty meals, shared accommodation provided by the company, and company-provided transportation to and from the workplace.

About the Role
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's Greek culinary standards.
  • Maintain consistent execution of food production and presentation according to the Executive Chef's direction.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, promoting best practices and high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Monitor inventory and manage mise en place to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury restaurant environment.
  • Solid understanding of Greek cuisine and Mediterranean cooking techniques is highly desirable.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
