Job Overview

The Recreation Activities Facilitator plays a key role in ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience at our resort. This position is responsible for providing information about available recreation facilities, encouraging guests to participate in activities, and promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, including pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center.
  • Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities.
  • Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
  • Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facilities intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members.
  • Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency.

Requirements

To be successful as a Recreation Activities Facilitator, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, and any other certification required by local and state agencies.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is necessary, but certification and training are preferred.
