We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements a marketing and sales policy to develop local certification services;
- Reviews the specifics of each client contract against the business risk assessment and identifies any additional risks;
- Identifies and prospect potential customers for certification;
- Understands the client's needs and requirements to recommend the appropriate certification offerings;
- Explains the benefits and value proposition of management systems certification to clients;
- Collects information from potential clients and proposes contract reviews based on approved contracts;
- Prepares and presents proposals and sales presentations to clients;
- Negotiates contract terms, pricing, and payment arrangements with clients;
- Maintains a good understanding of the management systems certification standards, industry trends, competitors, and changes in certification requirements;
- Provides post-sale support and addresses queries or concerns from clients;
- Tracks and reports on sales metrics, such as pipeline, closed deals, and revenue generated;
- Maintains accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years B2B working experience;
- Pre-knowledge of basic certifications is mandatory.
