Customer Success Career Path

The role involves working closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges using SAP solutions.

To succeed in this position, you must have strong technical and business process knowledge combined with complex problem-solving skills to support solution delivery and operational efficiency.

You will also need to collaborate with the broader sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and prospects to identify and resolve business challenges using SAP solutions as a Solution Advisor.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations to deliver software demonstrations and provide deal support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts.

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience with strong technical and business process knowledge, customer-facing skills, and exposure to relevant technologies and solutions.
  • Technical and business process knowledge combined with complex problem-solving skills to support solution delivery and operational efficiency.
  • A cooperative approach to working relationships and a strong ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
