Dynamic Dynamics 365 Architect Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Solution Architect to lead the delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution development and functional analysis, with experience in designing and leading large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 architecture projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical forums and communities to share knowledge with the wider group.
- Design and development of domain specific implementations.
- Influence usage of out of the box Dynamics 365 functionality, giving clients a competitive advantage.
- Identify skilling opportunities and define training needs within the team.
- Coach other team members and help in reducing skills gaps.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Strong implementation experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA etc.).
- Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, Development management, Release management, Data migration, cut-over planning and Go-Live support.
- Experience working with offshore development teams.
- Certification in TOGAF or Zachman Framework would be beneficial.
- Minimum of 15+ yrs of proven experience in implementing End-To-End Large scale solutions involving Dynamics CE(CRM).
