Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Lead

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our efforts in developing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Billing solutions. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Lead, you will play a critical role in driving innovation, improving processes, and enhancing customer experiences.
About the Job:
- Design and implement end-to-end integrations with ERP systems, payment gateways, customer portals, and other enterprise systems to deliver seamless user experiences
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and configurations within Dynamics 365 to meet specific business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and define roadmaps for CRM and Billing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data protection standards by leveraging industry best practices and expert knowledge
- Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to optimize scalability and reliability
