Site Supervisor Job

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on the construction site. This includes ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that the site is maintained in a safe and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Taking Accurate Measurements: You will take precise measurements of the site and report this data to the office in a timely manner.
  2. Implementing Project Drawings: You will interpret project drawings accurately and implement them accordingly.
  3. Maintaining Site Records: You will maintain a daily attendance sheet for site workers and ensure that all necessary documentation is up to date.
  4. Ensuring Safety Compliance: You will ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that site workers wear the necessary safety gear at all times.
  5. Attending Site Meetings: You will attend site meetings and communicate updates to the management team as required.
  6. Purchasing Materials: You will submit purchase requests for required materials at least one day in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
  1. Driving License: Possession of a valid driving license is an added advantage.
  2. Working Hours: Working hours are 12-hour shifts with no overtime pay, and one day off per week.
  3. Accommodation: Accommodation is provided by the company.
  4. Visa Requirements: Flexi visa holders are preferred, and the company will assist with visa transfer if needed.
  5. Availability: Applicants must be available in Bahrain and ready for visa transfer.
  6. Qualifications: A diploma or degree in Engineering is preferred, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role is required.
  7. Personality: Young and energetic candidates are encouraged to apply.
