Front Office Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Front Office team as a Front Office Manager, overseeing the smooth operation of our reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of Receptionists, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  2. Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest interaction is memorable and positive, from check-in to check-out.
  3. Operations Oversight: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control.
  4. Sales Support: Work closely with the Sales team to generate group bookings and increase revenue.
  5. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the Reception team.
  6. Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Proven Track Record: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  2. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Technical Competencies: Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., reservation systems, POS).
  6. Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences.
