About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Aerodrome Safety Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and objective safety investigations into accidents and incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety investigations into accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.
- Review incident reports and follow up with stakeholders as necessary.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to gather information and coordinate investigation efforts.
- Maintain a database of all accident and incident investigation reports, including root causes, types of occurrences, severity, and corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly and annual analysis reports on investigation trends and outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with external organizations, providing updates on investigation progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in aerodrome safety and relevant investigations.
- Strong knowledge of aviation legislation and ICAO Annexes.
