Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert advice to customers, ensuring alignment with quality and customer service standards.
  2. Assist in maintaining inventories and placing product orders for effective stock management.
  3. Report operational issues promptly and address customer complaints, providing solutions or escalating as needed.
  4. Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, inventory status, and team productivity.
  5. Assign routine and non-routine tasks to optimize operational efficiency.
  6. Supervise opening and closing processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  7. Communicate sales plans and targets to the team, monitor their performance continuously, and advise upper management on necessary corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Five years of experience in Retail or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Active participation in at least one sporting activity and deep knowledge of sporting events.
