Responsibilities:
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with process owners, adhering to the standard/framework agreed within the Operating Office and Operational Risk team.
- Evaluate existing business processes and outline business process improvement/optimisation opportunities.
- Monitor and perform ongoing analysis on business processes related to productivity, quality, and costs.
- Presentation of process performance tracking reports and integration of feedback.
- Project Management: Identify delivery gaps, recommend process opportunities, and drive internal projects to optimize delivery outcomes.
- Cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders to achieve operation scaling up.
- Oversee implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years and above experience with a Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferable with internal or external consulting background.
- Hands-on experience in operational or Business Process Management work experience, preferably in a financial services organization.
- Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for internal cross-team collaboration.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
