About the Role

This Senior Make-Up Artist role is critical to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a representative of our brand, you will provide makeup demonstrations, guide customers through product combinations, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their purchasing patterns and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with brand online offerings, promoting them to customers and driving business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records, participate in incentives, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging customers through personalized advice and guidance, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied.
  • Staying informed about brand activities, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Participating in achieving sales targets and maintaining operational excellence.
Customer Centricity

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport, and sharing product knowledge. You will demonstrate effective usage and benefits of various brands and make-up products, advising customers on suitable ranges for their needs.

You will also guide customers in make-up application, presenting them with top-level make-up knowledge and application techniques. Building a strong client base and maintaining records will be essential to your success.

Operational Excellence

You will generate sales while achieving line and sales targets, using your make-up knowledge to drive results. You will ensure all sales and operational policies are followed, maintaining accurate records and reporting stock shortages.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of available technology tools, leveraging them to support customer experience both in-store and online.
