Quality Assurance Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop organizational structures, policies and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Manage production processes and direct Quality Assurance initiatives to meet the highest standards.
  • Implement new quality standards and protocols to enhance overall performance.
  • Supervise teams to maintain high-quality results and consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with department managers to address noted deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Track progress and follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of corrections.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on routine checkups, corrections and quality control issues.

Language Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Arabic.
  • Excellent fluency in English.

Driving Requirements:

  • Ability to operate a vehicle.
  • Certified driving license.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing business conditions.
  • Prior experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred for Arab nationalities.
