We are looking for a dedicated Guest Room Attendant to join our dynamic Housekeeping Team.

Responsibilities
  1. Clean guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards.
  2. Inspect all rooms checking standard of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies.
  3. Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area. Promote hotel services and products.
  4. Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests; act decisively to ensure guest satisfaction.
  5. Be proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery.
  6. Report defects and accidents to management immediately.
  7. Immediately report and hand into Housekeeping Office any property or guest keys found in 'check out' rooms.
  8. Keep linen rooms tidy, correctly stocked, and closed when not in use.
  9. Ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy, and in good working order.
  10. Report to managers any damages/repairs/maintenance inserted in HotSOS.
  11. Complete deep cleaning of rooms as allocated by managers.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
  1. A high school education or equivalent experience is required.
  2. Prior experience in a luxury hotel housekeeping team is an asset.
  3. A high level of attention to detail is necessary.
  4. The ability to operate cleaning equipment efficiently is crucial.
  5. Able to understand and have a working knowledge of English.
  6. Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evening/overnight shifts.
