Job Description:

The Administrative Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Chiefs Office at RESO. As a trusted professional, you will be responsible for managing various administrative functions, including financial management, record maintenance, project coordination, and office administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for future audits in compliance with the Documents Retention Policy.
  • Coordinate Project Management activities for related projects and serve as the single point of contact for the division.
  • Support the Line Manager in daily administrative and operational activities, including reviewing updated manuals and establishing office administrative procedures.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database and relevant files of communications received and sent to internal and external parties from the CXXO Office.
  • Implement effective controls over incoming and outgoing emails, letters, circulars, memos, SOPs, and manuals relevant to CXXO Office functions.
  • Administer the circulation of circulars to relevant distribution lists.
  • Prepare reports and provide data analysis to senior management.
  • Plan, manage, and organize meetings, conferences, and travel plans for the Line Manager.
  • Assist senior management members within the team and execute complex duties entrusted by the CXXO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven knowledge and skills in administrative operations, financial management, and project coordination.
