Job Description:
">This role is pivotal to the catering team, requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support.
">The key responsibilities of this position include answering incoming calls and emails, managing guest inquiries, and preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.
">Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics for events, including menu planning, signage, and printed materials.
">They will also be expected to distribute catering documentation, conduct site visits, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
">Other duties may include generating reports, managing inventory, and processing purchase orders.

- Fluency in English, both verbal and written; Arabic language skills are a plus.">
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Golden Sales & Catering.">
- Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.">
- Strong passion for service excellence in luxury hospitality.">
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.">
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask efficiently, and collaborate as a team player.">
- Good organizational and time-management skills.">
- Previous administrative, hotel, or related experience required.">
- Basic understanding of AV, telecommunications, and internet technologies.">
- Food and beverage knowledge is an asset.">
